I'm Nikki, an experienced IT professional, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner with a passion for data, business intelligence, and now, artificial intelligence. With over 20 years in the tech industry, I’ve worked across global corporations and small businesses, specialising in data warehousing, business analysis, and enterprise reporting solutions. I’ve also successfully run my own businesses, combining technical expertise with commercial acumen.

For the past two decades, I’ve blended my knowledge of systems and strategy to solve real-world business challenges, from leading large-scale IT projects and designing data warehouses, to launching and growing e-commerce ventures and managing a property business. I’m hands-on, curious, and always evolving. Most recently, I’ve added AI and generative technologies to my skillset, exploring how automation and intelligent tools can help small businesses thrive in the digital age.
